F.A.Q

Q. Why should I choose R&R?
A. R&R is not a normal taxi business. We are specialised in transporting passengers in wheelchairs or with special needs. We have been in this industry for over 25 years and our safety practice and service quality sets the standard of wheelchair transport services. R&R is well recognised in the disability community in Auckland and has always been trusted and relied upon by our clients.  You too can rely on us for a safe and comfortable journey.

Q. Will your drivers turn up on time?
A. If your booking has been confirmed by our staff, we will make our best effort to be there at the booked time. However, delays can happen due to unexpected traffic conditions or events which are outside our control. When significant delays do occur, we will endeavour to notify you and discuss with you about alternative solutions if needed.

Q. Will the driver come to my door & help me ?
A. Yes, our driver will announce their presence when they arrive and offer assistance if required.

Q. How do I pay for my trip ?
A. If you don’t have an account with us, you can settle the account by cash or acceptable vouchers (including CP vouchers). If you have a Total Mobility Card, please bring it with you to receive the discount. EFTPOS and Credit Card payment is available on selected vans.

Q. Can I open an account ?
A. Yes, subject to terms and conditions. Please email support@randrmobility.co.nz for an application form.

Q. How many passengers can travel in the mobility van ?
A. Most of our vans take up to 3 Wheelchairs and 4 or 5 seated passengers. Please let us know how many passengers will be traveling with you when you make the booking.
